For parents and carers looking for a school
and the most recent Ofsted report 2009. We are very proud of what it says about the school and the students who attend, and invite you to take a look.
Chatham South School is a very popular school and has been oversubscribed for many years. At the end of August 2010 Chatham South School will officially close to open alongside Medway Community College as the Bishop of Rochester Academy. This will be an exciting new venture, with new opportunities for students. In September many of the staff will be the same but under the guiding hand of a new principal, Mr Chris Sweetman.
All current students automatically become students of the Bishop of Rochester Academy.
If you wish to find out more about the Academy, please go to their website: www.boracademy.org.
Thank you for your interest in our school and I wish you and your children every success in the future.
After a major rewrite we are pleased to announce the immediate release of a new improved Home Access system to replace RM Easylink. The new system is web browser/Operating System independent and uses the latest Microsoft Silverlight Technology. To access it Click the 'Home Access' Menu from the School Website Homepage (don't forget to install the 'Security Certificate' first). Please use the Uniservity 'Home Access' Forum to discuss and request help. (Thanks to Nick Brown)
We're participating in Sainsbury's Active Kids 2010. This presents a fantastic opportunity to collect vouchers for a range of additional equipment and experiences that gives our children the opportunity to learn new skills.
You can collect Active Kids vouchers from Sainsbury's between 17 February and 8 June. You'll receive one voucher for every £10 spent at any main Sainsbury's store or £5 spent in Sainsbury's Locals.
